We take care of website hosting, website backups, website security, WordPress and plugin upgrades, and any content update on the website, like, updating logos, testimonials, content, images, videos, awards, blogs, FAQs, career opportunities, google codes, and adding portfolio, team members, legal pages, awards, & certifications.

Yes, absolutely. Just drop us an email and we will initiate the cancellation process. In case of month-to-month option, our billing stops from next month. In case of yearly option, you are not billed for the next year.

Yes, we have a 30-day money back policy. In case you don’t like our service within the first 30-days, you can request cancellation and we will refund the complete amount (in both the monthly as well as yearly plans). Please note that in case of refund, we give you back the original website as you gave to us, and any changes or optimizations done by us are not given to you. For this reason, we request that you do not cancel your hosting in the first 30-days, so that in case you decide to cancel our service, you can easily go back to your previous setup. We will be sad to see you go, but we still want this process to be painless for you.

You can get 4 updates done per month (which translates to roughly one per week). Each update is limited to 1 hour of work. If an update requires more than 1 hour, then this would reduce the number of updates that you can get done in that month. This does not include updates to WordPress / hosting / plugins, which we do on our own.

Yes, sure. In that case, there will be a slightly additional cost. Email us the details of the work that you want to get done and we will get back to you with an estimate.

This service is focused on updating content and graphics of existing pages. If you want to get a new page added, then we can take care of that for an additional charge. Once you sign up with us, you can email us the requirements for the new page and we will get back to you with an estimate.

We limit our work to a total of 4 hours per month. Layout change or other similar work involves a lot more time, so is not included in our package, but can be done for an additional cost. You can email us the requirements for the new layout and we will get back to you with an estimate.

Yes, we take many backups. We are actually crazy about backups. We take backups at different frequencies using different tools and store them in multiple places (on the server itself, on remote location 1, on remote location 2). So, even if any one of them fail, we have multiple different backups to fall back on.

Yes, we do. We perform all the following for security:

 

  • We add a security layer to the website to prevent malicious attempts
  • We remove weak / default admin credentials and replace them with much stronger ones.
  • We update WordPress as well as underlying plugins so that security updates are applied.
  • We add a firewall to the server.
  • We add SSL to the website, so as to encrypt traffic between server and users.

Yes, we will host your website on our own servers, that we take from best providers like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or similar.

Yes, you can, but we suggest you let us host the websites on our servers as they are built for speed and security.

We use VPS servers from companies like Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, etc.

No, we do not. Our team and tools are completely focused on maintaining WordPress websites.

We support websites with up to 30,000 page views per month. This limit is more than sufficient for most of the small businesses out there. If you have a website that has more than this traffic, then kudos to you. Get in touch with you and we will setup a custom plan based on your traffic.

We are typically able to process all the requests within 48 hours during business days.

We try to process all requests within 48 hours. If you have an urgent request, just send it across and we will try to attend to it as soon as we can.

You can keep hosting the way you already do. So, if your email is with your current hosting provider, you can keep it with that, or if you have signed up with a service like GSuite, the email will stay with that.

Yes, we do. We use automated tools that monitor the website as well as the server. So, in case something goes wrong, we get an automated alert.

Yes, we do. There is a separate plan for WooCommerce websites.
